About Dr. Toker

 

When it comes to cutting edge technology and top-notch quality care, Dr. Anna Toker meets all of these requirements for her patients.  She prides herself on staying up-to-date on all the latest techniques and studies for her practice.

 

Being Board Certified as a Colon & Rectal Surgeon this distinguishes Dr. Toker as an expert in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of colon and rectal problems. This means that she has completed advanced training in the treatment of colon and rectal specialty, in addition to being Board Certified in General Surgery.  Colon and rectal surgeons treat benign and malignant conditions, perform routine screening examinations and surgically treat problems when necessary.

 

Dr. Toker has obtained her Certification by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS).  She specializes in research, diagnosis, and treatment of the colon and rectum.  With her specialized skills and knowledge, she will properly treat the problems of the colon, rectum, anus and small bowel with regard.  In addition to having proficiency as a Board Certified General Surgeon as well, Dr. Toker has attained particular expertise in diagnosis as well as medical and surgical management (including pre-operative & post-operative care).

 

Dr. Toker has been published in many medical articles and journals.  She has also done several appearances on health segments on local news stations.

 

She is married and has two children.  She & her family reside in the Dallas area.
